TerraOverview interpretation: zone exceeding at least one health limit or target value

In the air quality zone containing the point, at least one limit or target value set to protect human health was exceeded in the reference year. The exceedance is established for the zone, which is the unit in which the law verifies compliance: it obliges the Region to adopt an air quality plan. The values reported are the worst measured by the zone’s stations and are not the air quality at an address, which varies over tens of metres.
