This is the version you accept when you order a report.

TerraOverview is a service for consulting public data on territorial risk. It reports what official sources publish for a geographic point and adds a reading of its own, declared as such.
TerraOverview does not certify, does not attest and issues no certification of any kind, carries out no surveys or professional assessments, provides no technical, legal or real-estate advice, and expresses no purchase or investment recommendation.
The data comes from third parties and carries the spatial resolution, update date and limitations declared by those sources: every value shown reports these elements. Coverage is partial and varies by indicator and by area.
The geographic point used for a report is the one the user confirms on the map. That confirmation, and any move away from the proposed point, are recorded in the report.
Decisions taken on the basis of the information provided remain the user's own; for binding assessments the user must turn to the competent bodies and to the official sources, whose links are shown next to every value.
Every report states the version of the interpretation rules and of the datasets used, so that it can be reproduced.
The service is free: no payment is requested and no payment data is collected.
The report is not kept: the page and the PDF are produced when they are asked for and are not available afterwards. The PDF is downloaded from the report page.
