TerraOverview interpretation: earthquakes felt with slight effects in a locality within 5 km of the point

The Italian Macroseismic Database records, for a locality within 5 kilometres of the point — a distance TerraOverview chose — earthquakes of intensity 4 or 5 on the MCS scale, the degrees at which the scale describes shaking felt with slight effects and no structural damage. It does not mean stronger earthquakes never happened: it means nothing stronger was recorded there. The observations are listed strongest first, with the year, the epicentral area and the magnitude CPTI15 gives that earthquake.
