The rule fires when the named source publishes this class for the point being asked about. Until the source does, TerraOverview adds nothing.
TerraOverview interpretation: low flood probability (rare floods or extreme events)
The source places the point in the area of low flood hazard. Under D.Lgs. 49/2010 hazard is the probability that a flood occurs: here it is low, the scenario of rare floods or extreme events. The area still floods in that scenario, and the class does not measure what a flood would do on the spot.
