Source class

V_DOWN

The rule fires when the named source publishes this class for the point being asked about. Until the source does, TerraOverview adds nothing.

TerraOverview interpretation: ground subsidence measured (more than twice the measurement uncertainty)

In the 100 metre cell that contains the point, EGMS reports a negative vertical mean velocity more than twice the uncertainty, that is the larger of the standard deviation published for the cell and the 0.7 mm/year EGMS states as the product specification: over the period measured the ground subsided on average. The threshold is TerraOverview’s choice, not the source’s.
