The rule fires when the named source publishes this class for the point being asked about. Until the source does, TerraOverview adds nothing.
TerraOverview interpretation: MPS04 computes no value at this point
The nearest grid node carries the value zero, which in MPS04 means the model produced no estimate: the ZS9 seismogenic zonation the model is built on defines no sources in this area. It is not a low acceleration, it is the absence of an estimate. For some islands left out of MPS04, INGV published separate assessments in deliverable D1 of project S1 (2007), which are not part of this grid.
